SEQR Determination of Significance Approval of Draft Scoping Document and Schedule Public Scoping Session

On December 10, 2025, the Ramapo Town Board approved a draft Scope for the Comprehensive Plan Update and Code Amendment for the Monsey, Hillcrest, and Western Ramapo unincorporated areas. The Board classified the action as a Type I SEQR action and determined that a Generic Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared. A public hearing on the draft Scope will be held on January 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Town Hall.
